Kathryn Casey

I am in my third year working at Commonwealth Care Alliance. CCA is a non profit Massachusetts health care plan for low income older adults as part of the Senior Care Options initiative as well as a new One Care initiative to provide streamlined health care to individuals under the age of 65 with complicated physical and mental health needs.

My role at CCA is to train our incoming Member Services Representatives on all knowedge necessary to answer any question from a vendor, provider, or member. I also quality check and provide ongoing training to the staff as well as assisting with Medicare and Medicaid compliance.

I spend a lot of my personal time reading and enjoy domestic and international travel.
