I'm a social entrepreneur with a focus on operations. I'm passionate about people and how companies can affect communities – both locally and globally.

Since moving to the Bay Area, I've been able to translate my experience in film production - a career based on coordinating large teams of people to ensure the success of an individual project - to enable a startup workforce of smart, efficient and productive people who love what they do.

I've spent the last few years building out new systems and processes for young companies, and working on projects designed to improve productivity and department scalability.
