Kathryn has over 25 years of experience in numerous aspects the real estate industry, giving her a wide range of valuable knowledge about the residential real estate transaction.
Growing up in a family that relocated around the country every few years due to her father's business, Kathryn learned first-hand the importance of having someone reliable to guide families through the stressful process of moving. Her love of real estate grew from these experiences and she joined the real estate community with a goal of becoming an advocate for home buyers and sellers.
After spending years working for large, franchise real estate firms, Kathryn felt the need to offer much more personal, one-on-one service to her clients – something she felt unable to do at the “big box” companies. She founded Red Door Realty with a mission to provide unparalleled service to her clients. She has built a successful career in real estate and has helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes throughout the St. Louis and St. Charles area.
Kathryn holds the distinguished Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) certification from the National Association of Realtors, along with the SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) designation.
