A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Kathryn Krischer earned a bachelor's degree in advertising before launching a successful career in marketing. Over the years, she developed and implemented award-winning advertising campaigns for various well-known clients, including Sprint and Microsoft. In 2018, Kathryn Krischer shifted the focus of her career from marketing to executive recruiting. She has since served as an executive recruiter at Kain Colasanto in San Francisco, a boutique talent firm.
In her role, Kathryn Krischer leverages over 15 years of client service experience to help connect hyper-growth companies with top-level talent. She has led executive searches for Uber, KPMG as well as several other established companies. Her work also includes recruiting talent for startups. In addition to leading recruiting efforts, she assists clients in defining roles and compensation packages and conducting interviews.
Outside of work, Mrs. Krischer spends her free time traveling and hiking. She also maintains an interest in photography and interior design.
