Kathryn Kirkpatrick

Kathryn, founder of Kathryn Louise, is based in London and has worked for a large professional services firm since graduating from the University of Warwick in 2002. As she got to the age where everyone she knows is getting married and where you are invited to at least five weddings a year, she fell in love with everything wedding related. She also saw many friends who had demanding jobs turn into frazzled brides-to-be as the toll of planning a wedding combined with a demanding day job proved too much. She stepped in and helped her friends so they could walk up the aisle without looking exhausted and stressed out. ‘I realised that my natural organisation and project management skills, combined with my creative flair and eye for detail, made wedding planning the ideal career for me!’ explains Kathryn. Although Kathryn is based in London, she has lived in Sussex, Surrey and Suffolk so knows the counties surrounding London and further afield for couples who want to get married outside of ‘the big smoke’.
