Kathryn specialises in the full range of compliance services in the area of company law including maintenance of statutory books and record, attending ad taking minutes of board and general meetings.
She is a member of the CLRG (Company Law Reform Group) and has given training courses, presentations and updates on company law throughout Ireland. Kathryn is also the SFA (Small Firm’s Association) representative on CROLink, the Companies Registration Office liaison group for users.
