Kathryn L. Orr

After working as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for over 20 years, I decided to change careers and move into the real estate sales profession. My fiancé Christian Armstrong and I work as a team assisting sellers, buyers and investors with the Vacation & Second Home market in the Orlando area. We also live in Solivita to serve the 55+ community.

I was born in England and had the pleasure of growing up in several states around the USA, as my Dad was an U.S. Air Force pilot. Due to my early experiences, I love both international and domestic travel where I'm able to learn about history and different cultures.

After living in Northern California the majority of my life, I moved to Evergreen, Colorado for a few years before settling in Central Florida in 2014. I love everything Florida has to offer, especially Disney, the beaches and so many cruise options!
