Kathryn or "Kassie" Steele was born in Dallas, Texas. She graduated with a BA in Political Science and Minor in Communications from The University of Texas at Arlington.

Kathryn has worked as a political consultant and coordinator for several conservative non-profits, Presidential, Senatorial, and Congressional campaigns. Kathryn's activism has been featured on a wide range of networks and publications.

She has worked in the private sector the past 2 years, and launched The Steele Chronicle in 2015. Her first fiction novel is set for release later this year.
