I'm the author of The Vegan Slow Cooker, The Great Vegan Bean Book, Vegan Slow Cooking for Two or just You and OATrageous Oatmeals that come out in Septemeber 2014. All her books have simple recipes that have variations to fit in many special diets and change with the seasons.
