About Me

My passion is being the finance and operations leader during the start-up, growth, and expansion stages of the business lifecycle; building the foundation for the company’s sustained growth and profitability.

I have been the first CFO recruited by former CEOs or Investors after their first round of equity financing and have extensive experience in working in early-stage Telecom, Software, and SaaS companies.

In addition to my experience spanning all areas of finance (capital raising, tax, treasury, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management), I have a unique breadth of business and operations leadership skills (strategy, sales operations, client implementation, client support).

In a start-up environment, I have the ability work in the business and on the business at the same time. I am able to manage the day-to-day accounting and finance functions, identify and report the metrics that matter, while also formulating the accounting and finance team growth strategy and plan to bring on the right resources at the right time.

I am an innovative, adaptable, results-focused executive. I know how to create and implement an agile budgeting process, financial systems, processes, and procedures that enable the finance function to scale and deliver consistent results as the company grows.
