Hello! I’m Kathy and I’ve spent the past 20+ years leading and motivating teams within the financial services industry. I’ve worked for companies that provided excellent supervisory support and training…and I’ve also worked for companies with virtually no support for its leaders. I’ve often found myself wanting to ask an objective third party for advice in some sticky employee situations. My goal for is to offer an open, safe, and confidential platform for supervisors to share ideas, give and receive advice about issues on the job, and to offer tools and support for those people leaders who do not have any internal resources. It doesn’t matter where you work – sometimes you just need to vent, request assistance, or find a place to give you the support you need as a leader.
