Kathy Lueckeman

I’m a Salesforce MVP serving as the senior director of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) at Wayne State University in Detroit, Mich. I also serve as director of the Office of Graduate Admissions and have been with the university since 2004.

Previously, I have served as Wayne State’s marketing director; headed the communications, membership and government relations offices at the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants in Troy, Mich.; managed the membership department of the regional sales office for Sam’s Club in Nashville, Tenn.; oversaw the publications office at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Mich.; and served as editor and graphic designer for a family-owned publishing concern in the metropolitan Flint, Mich. area.

I am a graduate of the University of Michigan-Flint and Ferris State University, holding a bachelor’s degree in communication and a master’s degree in information systems management, respectively.
