Kathya Deeter

Kathya Deeter is a senior Management Information Systems student in the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. She is involved in various organizations on campus such as Kappa Delta Sorority, Raider Awakening Retreats, and Association of Information Technology Professionals. Whithin these organizations she holds leadership possitions such as Publicity Coordinator for Raider Awakening, where she is actively involved in promoting and planning a weekend event for over 300 students. Kathya's interests lie within managing people and being a leader in the workplace and her community. Upon graduation Kathya will go on to work for USAA as a software developer.
