Kathy Fergus

I work as the Assistant Sales Manager at the Metro Link office of Coldwell Banker West Shell in Cincinnati. Working in the urban center of Cincinnati provides the opportunity to take part in the re-vitalization of historic Over the Rhine. Renovated loft condos, unique shops and restaurants, Washington Park, Music Hall, Ensemble Theatre, The Know Theater and the School for the Creative and Performing Arts are all a part of an exciting city transformation.

When not at work, I like spending time with her two dogs, Buck and Sophie. My life-long ambition is to become a beach bum. Most vacation days you will find me with my beach chair parked at water's edge!
