Kathy Kissinger

Kathy Kissinger is a recent graduate from the Savannah College of Art and Design. She has earned her B.F.A. in Animation, with a focus in 2D methods. She is currently interning with Awesome, Incorporated in Atlanta, GA and fulfilling one of her dreams, to have her name on [adult swim]!
Kathy comes from a nook in the woods of William Penn, a suburb of Philadelphia by the name of Downingtown, Pennsylvania. Though she loves her hometown, she felt an insatiable urge to expand far beyond her boundaries to see what she could make of herself in a new environment. Her experiences at SCAD have opened her eyes to a life and career that become more and more tangible with the development of her skillset.
With a few years of experience under her belt now, she has learned much about the art of animation, yet there is so much more she wishes to explore within the field. The career that awaits her, as well as the colleagues she hopes to meet within it, is truly exciting.
