Kathy Marlowe has been helping people buy and sell their Florida homes since 2000. Kathy is proud of her track record in making new higher price points in many of the neighborhoods that she has sold homes. After 25 years in hotel management and corporate relocation, Kathy became a Realtor in 2000 and obtained her brokers license in 2009. Since then Kathy has worked in an ever changing real estate market, experiencing market highs and the housing crash. During this time Kathy helped Baby Boomers, vacation homeowners, military families and first time homebuyers buy and sell their homes. Kathy retired her Rhode Island snow shovel in 1994 and has been living in Sarasota aka "paradise" ever since. She is always continuing to educate herself and her clients.
