Now known as the “Emerald Coast” of Florida, investors have built plenty of new hotels, resorts, and condo complexes. The region even now has its first-ever five-star resort, Henderson Beach Resort. The boom has led Seaside to become one of the most beautiful and eco-friendly towns in Florida.
