- Admitted into the fall 2017 cohort with a startup idea
- Originated the idea, recruited 3 co-founders to the team and led the team through customer discovery and validation.
- Created surveys to test product / market match, shared surveys on 4 Facebook groups and with an early network of parents and babysitters which lead to 20 parent and 11 babysitter responses.
- Drove offline and online customer engagement; posted 25 flyers near playgrounds on the Upper West Side and posted bi-weekly to 4 NYC babysitter Facebook groups. These efforts led to 73 babysitters and 18 parents signed up on our website.
- Launched a pilot using 10 potential families - have successfully matched 4 families with sitters to date.
- Applied the principles of the lean method and agile development. Tools and platforms used: Gust, Slack, Asana, and Trello.

- Part of the North America (NA) Oral Care Insights Team, focused on growing Optic White toothpaste's market share.
- Uncovered actionable insights by analyzing 3 customer segmentation studies, a BASES product concept study, 20-25 data points year-by-year for 5 years (including demographics, $ share, CAGR of category growth, sales, cannibalization, etc.) for Optic White brand growth.
- Researched detailed studies and reports on global and local trends, past innovations, eCommerce, and shopper insights to elevate the final presentation.
- Enriched the final presentation with ‘human centric’ visuals, language, attitudes, and lifestyle.
- Presented results and recommendations for Optic White's growth to the VP & GM of NA, and the VP of NA Insights.
- Used Nielsen Nitro, Mintel, Statista, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and G-Suite.
