Lifelong learner and interested in understanding impact of professional learning, how to create a learning environment that fosters agency of all educators, and supports the conditions for curiosity and innovation focused on learning. I have been a teacher, vice principal, principal, and a Superintendent. I am currently working at the provincial level supporting board improvement in teaching and learning. I spend my professional time focusing on building individual and collective capacity for instructional leadership at the system and school levels.
The best part of my life is my family! I'm in love with my two beautiful and boundless daughters, and my wonderful husband who is my superhero of patience and practicality. They remind me each day the importance of humility, resilience, and keeping your sense of humour.
