Katie Adams

Katie Adams is a first year management student at Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech. She is interested in Hospital administration and plans to work her way up to becoming the president of her own hospital. Katie is a hard worker but also a quick learner. She is able to motivate others to achieve the highest results for themselves as well as the company as a whole. These qualities show that she is consistently striving to go beyond the expected goal and encourages the others around her to work towards higher accomplishments. Her goal is to accommodate many different types of personalities within the company and help them understand how to work with each other to create the best possible work environment in order to achieve the greatest results for the company.
