Katie Grishman

I am a Real Estate professional specializing in managing the construction of large scale interior fit-out projects and infrastructure upgrades for large financial services firms, law firms, educational institutions and multi-family residential buildings. I work with clients on lease due diligence, programming, site selection, transactions and execution. I work to ensure the project team keeps in mind future Asset Management requirements throughout the Design Process and assist many of my clients through the first years of managing their newly acquired assets. Throughout my career I have worked to be involved in projects earlier in the design and development process in order to implement my lessons learned for the benefit of my company and my clients.

In the six-months following Hurricane Sandy, I worked with NYC, NJ OEM and private home owners to help meet the Disaster Recovery needs of the Northeast.
