Katie Jeffries

I am currently a Grade 8 teacher who aims to engage and inspire my students through inquiry-based learning and the use of different forms of technology.

Through my various roles as a mentor, both school based and board wide, I have found a passion for sharing with and learning from other educators.

- Ten years teaching elementary school with Thames Valley District School Board

- Two years as NTIP mentor

- Two years as CODE Mentor teacher

- Computer Support Teacher and Member of CODE school team implementing a Learning Commons and Makerspace at our school.
