Katie Levans

Hey there. My name is Katie Levans. I could never decide what I wanted to be when I grew up so I made my own job.

I like to learn (a lot) so I have a Bachelor of the Arts in Spanish Language & Lit, a Master of Science in Human Nutrition, and a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification. If there’s a doctorate in Stray Cat Collecting, I have earned it.

My professional experience ranges from running content management campaigns for some of the largest hotel chains in the world to college recruiting, event planning, marketing and more. Somewhere in the space between each of these adventures were the pieces that built my current gypsy consulting career–a hodgepodge puzzle greater than the sum of its parts.

I enjoy working with small businesses with big visions. I think all businesses are social enterprises. I believe in making money so you can make a difference. I see story lines everywhere. I take your ideas and craft them into a compelling narrative with a consistent message, captivating image and and clear branding–online, in print and around town.

In my spare time I am the founder of PlateShare, the creator of Charlotte Yoga Festival and the editor of Honeystuck. I also teach yoga.
