As a seasoned customer experience professional I have worn several hats throughout my career – technologist, interculturalist, workflow analyst, communicator, strategist. The result is a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects, to work with interdisciplinary and international teams, and to navigate complex CX and operational challenges.

I choose the scenic picture you see here because it is one of my favorites. I took it on a lovely October morning while hiking to the Fairy Pools on the Isle of Skye. I would like to say I planned to be in Scotland on one of the warmest days of the year, but who thinks that when traveling north in Autumn? #LiveTheUnexpected
