I consider myself to be open-minded, very curious, creative, and innovative. Researching answers to probing questions energize me, but I need an environment that gives me the opportunity to interact with people in a variety of ways as well. One of the reasons that I found teaching such a rewarding profession was because it satisfied my desire to use communication to provide beneficial information to others. It also allowed me to help a lot of people on a regular basis. I also loved socializing daily with my students and fellow teachers. The one thing I missed was the desire for me to write. I taught the writing process, but I didn't get to write like I did as a journalism major.
