I'm the marketing and communications officer of The Sharpham Trust - a charity promoting mindfulness and caring for a Georgian villa in 550 acres of breath-taking South Devon landscape.

Previously, I was a portfoliio worker in arts PR, with clients including Plymouth University and Plymouth College of Art, and Great British Carnival.

I'm the co-creator and now former promoter and entertainments booker at The B-bar - a theatre bar, performance and arts space in Plymouth's historic Barbican area.

I'm a qualified journalist with 25 years of professional writing experience, mostly on local newspapers but now in PR.

I am a seasoned digital PR user, comfortable using social networks, blogs and other devices to get the message out through the medium.

I spent 7 years running my own media company.

I created and promoted the Barbican International Jazz and Blues Festival, which is connected venues throughout the Barbican and hosted international, national and local acts.
