Just like Chess...

Just like Chess...

My writing is like chess because I have a great understanding of writing and literature in general, but I don't use my strength to their fullest potential, I can lose the game. If I was in check mate, I still have one more move to make. My opponent can still win the game. I can still slip up and lose. All it takes is one move which can change the game. In writing, if I make one mistake, the whole piece could be affected by it. As long as there is one piece on the opponents side, one problem I still haven't overcome, I can mess up the entire piece. Each chess piece, each of my skills, must be used to their fullest potential. They can be moved in certain ways, which can help me win the game in the end. It's a complicated game full of twists and turns. There are many ways of winning and writing a good piece, as long as I move the right way. One move, can make all the difference.
