Katja Iversen

Hey. I am Katja, I am an executive adviser, author, advocate, communicator, connecter, and catalyzer of change.

My work is focused on sustainability, DEI, gender equality, global health and getting more purpose into leadership – both of businesses and in individual lives. I work with corporate and world leaders, Leaders in the United Nations, foundations and various other institutions I also do a fair bit of moderating of events, public speaking and have joined a couple of corporate boards.

New York has been my main home for the last 15 years, but I am originally from Denmark – and travel a lot. In total, I have worked, lived or studied in close to 100 countries, and I speak a handful of languages. Today, I split my time between New York, Rome and the road.

When I am not working, I am tending my small olive grove in Italy, hanging out with friends and familie, enjoying the jazz scene in New York, or am enjoying exploring whereever I am.
