Katja is an experienced strategist, analyst and facilitator. In her 20 year career she has worked with global brands including Four Seasons, Nintendo, and Nike and brings this expertise to business of all sizes. She's led many projects addressing business strategy, brand development, and business collaboration, as well as customer and employee engagement. Her focus is on developing practical frameworks to enable integrated engagement experiences.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia, and a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership for Sustainability from the Blekinge Institute of Technology in Sweden. She is also a Co-director for LOCO BC which works to support local and community economic development. Katja is a strong believer in the role of business and organizations as a powerful force for change.
