Katkat Performs as Brokers Network Officer of Madrigal Bayot Development Corporation which involves business planning, business budgeting, business plan execution and business performance monitoring and evaluation.

· Plans, executes sales prospecting activities to ensure the attainment of the assigned sales target.

· Maintains constant communication with all license broker (active and inactive) through E-mail, Text and regular monthly meetings.
· Assures authenticity of accreditation information before encoding into the system.
· Formulates activity programs that aims to uplift the fighting spirit of the selling unit and to assures two closed sales for newly recruited selling units.
