Property Manager, Renovator and Real Estate broker. Kitty currently manages a variety of properties from single family homes to 18 unit complexes. Each of the properties she manages was previously considered to be a distressed property not worthy of renovation.

She has seen through what others could not see and renovated theses distressed properties and currently runs at 100% occupancy on all managed units. Average time from project completion to 100% occupancy is 14 days. During her time as a renovator she has successfully turned around all projects in less than 4 months.

Her most recent project was the renovation of problem property in the city of Dallas. Stage one of the project consisted of remodeling a 16 unit building. Total time from beginning of project to 100% occupancy was 60 days.

Kitty has a proven track record of restoring and remodeling multi-family dwellings in the historic district in Dallas. In addition to Kitty’s work as a renovator she is also a successful Real Estate Agent specializing in the historic area in Dallas. She has been able to combine her background in Marketing and interior design to aid her in her Real Estate endeavors.

Kitty also recently listed and sold 13 commercial properties as listing and selling agent in East Dallas and Oak Lawn.

Kitty also works as a Marketing Consultant specializing in marketing products to the 18-45 year old target market audience.

Kitty also founded Miss Kitty’s Koncessions a highly successful concept retail company, with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Portland, Seattle, Miami and Dallas. •

She has been nominated by Merrill Lynch/INC. Magazine “ENTREPRENEUR OF THE YEAR” 1994 and 1995.
