Hi, I’m Katrina!

My passion has always been helping people thrive and live life to the fullest.

In my 30 plus year career as a nurse, I’ve gone from treating snake bites in Australia, to being airlifted with a patient off a cruise ship in Alaska, to assisting a woman deliver a baby during a hurricane in Florida. While life as an ER nurse was awesome and adventurous and I helped many people along the way, by far, my biggest and greatest achievement has been helping people realize that their true power, their true healing, lies within themselves.

I communicate with your body. By communicating and bringing awareness to the issues and problems that are unique to you, your body makes the necessary changes to repair, release and strengthen to return you to true happiness and incredible physical well-being.
