Hi, I’m Katrina Burch and I'm the Team Lead for Mental Health Promotion and Education at CMHA Waterloo Wellington.

My team and I bring mental health literacy and suicide prevention courses to the community, our service partners, and corporations.

The content I deliver is focused on psychological health and safety in the workplace, assessment of workplace well-being and strategy development.
