I am continually fascinated by how human psychology and information systems both impact an organisations competitive advantage. I love learning, I like to make things happen. I am a people watcher and love understanding the who, when, where, what and why of thoughts and behaviours. I believe technology can change the face of business and be the facilitator of social change.

I have been in and around ICT since 2002 and have a background in information systems, networking, telecommunications and SME Management. I have an inherent passion for technology, information systems and customer service, and continually look for that next synergistic approach to knowledge management and client satisfaction.

I am passionate about Suicide Prevention and Mental Health awareness initiatives as well as promoting increased awareness of cyberbullying. As an ICT professional, I believe it is our responsibility to develop ways to prevent, or reduce, the irrevocable damage that someone can do to another with the aid of technology.

I believe cyberbullying, mental health awareness and suicide prevention, particularly surrounding youth, doesn't get the community engagement it deserves, and I feel with a powerful communications medium at our fingertips there is so much more we can do.

Everyone has an incredible uniqueness that, if only they can be introduced to, will allow them to thrive. Anyone can do anything, and all it can take to save a life, is some time spent nurturing that uniqueness, lending a hand, and showing them they are not alone.

I endeavour to support any organisation who dedicates their time and resources to these powerful issues and am open to your approach if you feel I can assist your organisation.
