Katrina Majeski
With more than 15 years of experience as a sales professional, Katrina Majeski understands the complex balance of client relationships, profitability, vendor outreach, financing, and time management needed to close deals. Having served as a salesperson in a number of industries, Ms. Majeski employs the skill sets she used in each of her professional pursuits to enhance her performance and increase profits. Launching her career as Finance and Insurance Manager at Art Moran Pontiac-GMC-Mitsubishi in Southfield, Michigan, Katrina Majeski handled all aspects of financing operations for new car sales. Working with the automobile companies' own lending arms as well as specialty lenders, she drove back-end profits on vehicles sold by the organization. In addition, Ms. Majeski marketed aftermarket options for vehicle accessories and extended warranties. To ensure that all customers of the dealership purchased their vehicles via the Finance and Insurance Department, she trained the sales team and other key members of the staff about lead-ins for selling financing and other products. After two years in the automobile industry, Katrina Majeski accepted a position at Smith Industries Medical Systems in Keene, New Hampshire. In her role as an Account Manager, she represented the company’s extensive product line of such items as airway management solutions, syringes, blood gas monitoring systems, and catheters. Her clients included hospitals and individual hospital departments, long-term care facilities, and large purchasing groups. She also provided specialized customer service on behalf of the firm, training clinicians on how to use various company products and providing product support during procedures. In 1996, Katrina Majeski co-founded 3DVision Technologies, an Ohio-based organization that marketed and sold state-of-the-art printers, as well as software, parts and supplies, and maintenance agreements for the equipment. She held a number of leadership roles with the company, including Administrative & Finance Manager, Purchasing Manager, and Account Manager. In her various managerial positions, Ms. Majeski maintained vendor relations, oversaw company staffing, and controlled annual budgets ranging from $1.5 million to $3 million, among several other administrative duties.
