I was born in Manhattan, Kansas, my spouse served in the military for 26 years before retiring a few years back. Throughout our journey, we have called several places home. My professional background spans both retail and the hospitality industry. It was during my time as an administrative assistant at Marshalls that I discovered my career path. I have an associate in administrative assistance.

Beyond work, I cherish embarking on adventures with my loved ones, attending concerts, wine tasting, camping, and spending time with family and friends. Our military life afforded us the opportunity to explore remarkable destinations. Overseas, we marveled at landmarks such as Stone Henge, multiple castles, and beheld the majesty of the Alps. Within the U.S., we ventured to Yellowstone, the Great Salt Lakes, Mt. Rushmore, and the Devil’s tower. Our time in Florida gifted us with the unforgettable experience by the beach.

In my hotel experience I have facilitated lodging arrangements for large units, often accommodating over 200 guests. Additionally, I led a team of ten employees, providing oversite in reservations, customer service, and local protocols. Within retail, I managed cash office procedures, ensuring the reconciliation of deposits across six registers, and maintained accurate daily deposit records.
