Katy Crouch

Music has been a part of my family since I was a child. Most kids grew up listening to Barney or Sesame Street. However, as a 7 year old girl I was listening to Matchbox Twenty, Led Zeppelin, and Rob Thomas. These musicians inspired my love for music and particularly smaller artists. Since then, I've gone to numerous concerts and am constantly finding new musicians to fuel my obsession. Later in life I plan to travel abroad to see some of my favorite artists in Europe and Australia.

I am also extremely active in my community and particularly in childcare. I work monthly with Any Baby Can (a program that works with Autistic children) and a pediatric out patient clinic for disabled children. This is why, in the fall of 2016, I plan to attend Texas A&M as a nutrition major and apply to medical school.
