I ask myself daily, a few very basic questions:

"Where in my mind, body and soul do I feel stress today and how can this difficulty lead me to a greater love for myself and other?"

"How can I create something out of this stress that helps benefit me and the world around me?"

"What is the one thing I can do today to help alleviate another's suffering?"

Patterns of energy shape every aspect of our lives, from the personal to the planetary. Energy moves in rhythms of all different kinds. These rhythms manifest everything that we call reality. Thoughts, emotions, colors, shape are all forms of specific rhythmic patterns, totally unconscious to our everyday mind.

When you understand the workings of energy, you understand the workings of life's highs and lows. Your ability to navigate through these realms become much more attainable and sustainable.

Art and nature are great tools for this type of learning. Nature is honest and art is malleable. Both support the us to move beyond rhythms of suffering and into rhythms grace.

On February 26, 2017, I started walking across the United States, connecting with earth's life sustaining rhythms and to the current crisis in our world. My practice comes from a stillness of mind and steadiness in stride.

My purpose in working with others is to help people connect to the rhythm of happiness. I am a guide back to one's true nature.

As does nature, all of my sessions follow the rhythm of the earth. I do not set a fee for my work because that's not a natural rhythm of a healthy world. Nature is an amazing example in the prosperous rhythm of giving.

If you would like a session, then listen to that. You will intuitively know how to give a nourishing offering. That rhythmic exchange, in and of itself is the first step towards a dynamic, healing and powerful nature.
