I have more than seven years experience in commercial software development, backed by a certification list a mile long, few things get my blood pumping like leveraging technology to turn management's wish list into reality. He thrives on feedback from both customers and our internal team and isn't satisfied until he's hit it out of the park. Kaushal is a project management pro with a real knack for prioritization.

I have database management specialties include everything from .NET Framework 2.0/4.0, ASP.NET and C#/VB.NET to MVC, WCF, Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 and UML. I loves sharing ideas and skills with others almost as much as learning something new. When i'm not turning technology on its ear you'll find me enjoying time with friends, playing cricket with his son or fueling his imagination with a science fiction flick.
