Prior to this Kaushal was part of the senior management at 2020 Social, a leading social business strategy firms which was acquired by Publicis, one of the big four global advertising holding companies.
Prior to 2020 Social he was the founder & CEO of Uhuroo a venture backed startup which provided a SaaS based content collaboration platform for SMEs. He has also held a consulting position with Capgemini India prior to starting Uhuroo.
Kaushal's larger interest lies in applying learnings from Social technologies and Gamification to transform behavior / culture within communities. He is a frequent speaker on Enterprise 2.0, Social Business Strategy, SaaS, and Innovation & Entrepreneurship at various industry and academic events.
Kaushal has a huge passion for sports and claims that you can name any sport and there would be a 99% chance that he has played it and 90% chance that he likes playing it. He also loves food, travel, and having a great laugh with friends. He is also notoriously know for organizing pranks.
He is an advisor to HashCube a social gaming startup based out of Bangalore.
