In my current role, as a Senior Business Consultant at Zensar, I drive Consultative Sales and lead Digital Transformation initiatives for customers and prospects.

The recent developments in the digital space have completely transformed the dynamics of the game, especially in the IT ecosystem. The focus has long shifted from the traditional ways of functioning, to a very aggressive and proactive nature. The world of IT outsourcing has long moved from the age-old cost-based offerings ( Application, Maintenance & Support Solutions ) to one where we ought to understand the clients' business better than them. The future of today’s organisations, lie in their capability to understand, adapt and excel in this ever changing nature of business and be ahead of the clutter, day in and day out. This is where I happen to make a difference.

Prior to my MBA at the Indian Institute of Management Ranchi, I had a fantastic stint of close to 4 years at Tata Consultancy Services. From being a software developer for a major BFSI client, I was identified as someone who could add value in a Sales / Pre-Sales profile for a major Fortune 50 client. I learnt the art of Consultative Sales and developed a knack for IT Strategy and Transformative consulting in those formative years.

I love to write management blogs and aspire to become an established writer and business thinker some day.
