I am an accomplished Insurance Professional who balances strategy with operational excellence. Over the past 20 years, I have developed extensive industry, client and broker experience. My background encompasses increasing responsibility in: leadership, management, underwriting, auditing, customer service, broker / agent, broker management, sales, staffing, administration and operations.

In my most recent role as Senior Manager at Aviva Canada, I established and led the new Broker Solutions Center that housed Personal Lines administration and exception underwriting functions (140 staff) for the Ontario region. I am skilled in developing and implementing key underwriting measures delivering high quality standards. I have proven to be adept at prioritizing and managing critical tasks while maintaining a proactive approach to service rationalization and utilization, problem resolution and decision making.
