Starting with washing dishes as a young boy in the family restaurant , I moved up slowly to owning and operating my own establishments. After 30 years in the Restaurant and Catering business , my thirst for continuing knowledge and commitment to customer service has carried over into my Real Estate Profession.My wife Nan and I moved to the beautiful Sequarchie Valley in Tennessee nearly 10 years ago and it's just a wonderful place to call home. Local stores and restaurants , health care providers, community events and library create a " small town feel". Many events throughout the year include Valley Fest, parades Blue Grass festivals at our historic Coke Ovens Park and Amphitheater- and our brand new outdoor stage at the city park. The " Worlds Longest Yard Sale " occurs every August , attracting venders and buyers from around the world ! Our 18 hole Golf Course has been a prized venue and with new ownership and improvements , is even better . Chattanooga , a scenic 35 - 46 minute drive away, offers a wide variety of activities for young and old .With the Tennessee River and mountains nearby it's been named one of the top places for outdoor recreation AND for great business opportunities .I never tire of showing and selling homes and land here .
