I grew up in Torquay, Devon, UK and loved nothing more than to sit for hours looking at the pictures in the vast world of the Britannica Encyclopaedia Set my parents kept in a huge box under my mums dressing table. There I would sit on the floor in one of my favourite places... somewhere else. So a few of my life time loves developed right there, pictures - photography, the world - travel, and my mums (a dressmaker at the time) dressing table - beauty and fashion. Alleluia I love them all.

I now travel with my partner, Martin, to avoid the cold Winters of the UK anywhere in the world that is warm, for six months of the year.

I record my travels and world exploration through diaries and more so photography.
