My life is a journey. I am an Army wife of 6 years and I love everything the Army brings my way! I am a student at North Carolina State University studying Molecular Biology. Recently, I had one of those "light bulb" moments. I realized that if I wanted to change my life, I had to change it. I know, that seems obvious! I began my journey to not only transform my appearance, but to transform my heart, mind, and soul! My journey began through wonderful people at Beachbody who introduced me to their amazing workouts and then I realized that if I want to stay true to myself, I would need to see where my problems stem from. I had a wonderful friend tell me that she was able to help others experience what Beachbody has to offer and what it stands for...I jumped at the chance!! I am so blessed to have friends that I never would have met under any other circumstances. They lift me up and hold me accountable to my goals.
