Did you know the average North American spends $1,200 per year on fast food?

Well... I used to be worse!

I'm on a mission to reduce my fast food spending from over $200 a month (or roughly $2500 a year) to $25 a month by following these goals:

  1. Make at least 3 home-cooked meals per week
  2. Try a new recipe once a week
  3. Make dinner with a friend once a week
  4. Start bringing lunch to work every day
  5. Only buy coffee once a week
