I am a college student who wants to work with photography and journalism. I have recieved multiple awards for my photographs, such as the Gold Key Scholastic Art and Writing Award. I have also worked as a photographer in a family studio and worked on my own as a family and wedding photographer. I have volunteered to help organizations with fundraisers and service work. At my previous studio job, there were problems gaining income from customers. I began working on selling and marketing methods, and I soon found myself having high sale averages, which greatly helped the studio. I began to be interested in photography when I realized it is a form of art. I’ve always been create with no talent in drawing or digital art, and photography became a medium I could use to express myself. Soon after that, I realized I wanted to have photography as my career and began seeking it by going to school and applying to work at studios.
