Call me Kaylea.

Senioritis is almost kicking in; this is my final year majoring in mass communications with a concentration in public relations at the Zimmerman School of Advertising and Mass Communications at the University of South Florida (USF) in Tampa, Florida.

During this final semester, I am participating in an independent study course with the School of Information at USF based on visual analytics. Dr. Alon Friedman is serving as my mentor.

Obviously, for a project of this magnitude, I'm going to need fuel.

Cheap, accessible fuel.

Coffee is one of life's simple pleasures that brings me great joy. Every night when I go to bed, I look forward to having a fresh cup of coffee the next morning. Fueling up, if you will.

And like a that first cup of coffee helps everything seem a little brighter and a little clearer, I'm hoping to provide clarity and a fresh perspective on the concept of visual analytics.
