Welcome to my about.me page! I am a proud St. Louis native taking over the South here in Jackson, Tennessee. I am a sophomore at Union University, where I am studying TESL (teaching English as a second language) and Spanish. I have such a passion for language. It’s just something about nouns, verbs, adjectives, and everything in between that make my heart flutter! I hope to one day be an ESL teacher in an elementary school setting. English is the business language of the world. I want to empower immigrant children to be as successful as they can be, and really give them a sense of strength and stability as they pursue the American dream. I also have the privilege of being a student assistant coach for the Lady Bulldogs basketball team. I love working this team because we are a family. Nothing can break us apart. That’s why the Lady Bulldogs are one of the best basketball teams in the nation at the NCAA Division II level. Basketball has always been a passion of mine. It is much more than a game. It teaches you to push yourself now to see results later. It teaches you how to work together.
