Early on in life, I was taught "Cura Personalis", which in Latin translates as"Care for the Entire Person". This single concept has stuck with me my whole life, and I have incorporated it into my approach to Career Development. I work with clients from their Foundation to develop lasting skills to facilitate their Career Journey.

My unique approach involves working with the "whole person". My background in Mental Health and Human Services has given me a unique set of skills to help clients to understand themselves on a deeper level. "Our current situation is not our final destination and there is no race to get there". I work with the individual to address employment stressors, and career planning roadblocks to creating a solid foundation to work on.

With the experience, I have gained working with those who are incarcerated and those who are in major career transition, I have developed a set of skills to help those in need and guide them to their full potential. My approach is to help those understand themselves better to find more meaningful employment.

As a master candidate for Clinical Social Work, my current research focuses on foundational skills for developing lifelong coping skills. These foundational skills I bring to my Career Development Practice.

Whether it is Resume Restructuring or Career Planning, my clients will be developing themselves for a better future.
